  No stars - I had to put one otherwise I can't post the review! When I first moved to Springfield in 2005 this centre was good. Gradually the facility got upgraded and proportionately the service declined. The only shining light for me is Dr Olivia. She was the doctor that had the horrible duty of telling me I had breast cancer. She was empathetic, kind and caring. She is a wonderful doctor that takes time to listen - unlike another doctor there who must see 5 patients in the time Dr Olivia sees one. Is he getting paid commission? Finally in early 2017 I lost my patience. I rarely go to the doctors and usually it is only for a referral to my surgeon or oncologist. My third last and second last visits were spent waiting one and a half HOURS to see a doctor (any doctor - not even my preferred Dr Olivia). On my last visit I waited for OVER TWO HOURS to see the first available doctor. The final straw was when three people came in after me and were seen before me. So I have gone to another clinic. My new doctor has requested my records be sent to him. Apparently IDAMENEO (No.123) PTY LIMITED own them (yes, I said OWN!) and I have to pay for them to be sent. Really? Well, maybe they can own my breast cancer too. It is clear to me that this centre does not have patient care at the top of their list of priorities. I will NOT BE PAYING for my records to be sent and will be in contact with both the state and federal health ministers to voice my disgust. Find another medical centre is my recommendation.

  Incompetent to the point of dangerous. I went to get some metal out of my eye that i could see with my naked eye, doctor says he couldnt see anything even with magnifying glasses, thought it must have come out on its own on the way there, I left but it was still bugging me so i look in the rear view and sure enough there it was in plain blurry sight, i was going to go back but i thought i had better chances on my own and got it out myself. Incompetence on a level I've never seen before and if I trusted him i could have lost an eye.
